Friendly Homecare has provided at-home carers to my severely disabled friend for several years. The circumstances for the carers have sometimes been trying, the hours inconvenient, but always the care and professionalism was of the highest standard. On many occasions, extra care was needed at short notice; that, too, was always provided. Highly recommended.

Friendly Homecare have provided a fantastic service for a few of my clients in the last 2+ years. The manager and his team are extremely caring and friendly towards their clients and provide them with consistent support as required. The manager and his team are able to spot when the client's needs change and how they can assist in the new phase of care. I cannot recommend a care company any higher as they give me peace of mind that my clients are being cared for.

For some months before my father's death (dementia, aged 97) Friendly Homecare provided the 24-hour support that my mother needed to look after him at home. Since his death, they have continued to supply the support that my mother (now aged 100) needs to continue living (and working, she has not retired yet, and is not planning to!) at home. I am full of praise for the carers, who are quick to respond to her very varied day-to-day needs, whether they be shopping, assistance with phone calls (needed because she is pretty deaf), through to personal care.

Friendly Homecare are an exceptional organisation. Shiva, Natasha and their team provided the most brilliant level of care for my 97 year old father at home. Flexible, intelligent, thoughtful, warm-hearted we could not have asked for more. They made the happiness and comfort of my father and mother their mission. They have kept in contact with the family at all points - and consider emotional well-being as important as physical. Professional, reliable, and positively inspiring - they spread comfort, good humour and love - and were in every way a godsend. I could not recommend them more highly.
